What is a Songbird?

A voice that rises against the injustices of trauma and brings awareness. Our passion is to advocate for individuals and families, provide support, and to be the change needed. We believe that when trauma is acknowledged and dealt with correctly we can release pain, properly heal, break cycles, and be restored to our best self. 

Our mission is to support individuals and families impacted by trauma by providing restoration and building healthy relationships through education, advocacy, crisis intervention, and mentorship.
